Desert Idol

SOUTHWEST ASIA -- Senior Airman Rashaud Phillips, deployed to the 386th Expeditionary Force Support Squadron, sings “Apologize” by rock group One Republic during the Desert Idol competition on July 13 at a base in Southwest Asia. The 386th Expeditionary Force Support Squadron sponsored the event, which had three rounds of judging. Airman Phillips was crowned the runner-up and awarded a prize of $100.
