Airman creates training program for mission success

Tech. Sgt. Joshua Brock, 386th Expeditionary Maintenance Group quality assurance inspector reviews aircraft forms with Senior Master Sgt. Brian Eshleman, 386th EMXG QA superintendent July 11, 2014 at The Rock. Both Brock and Eshleman who deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom found that maintenance errors on aircraft forms went to zero percent after a training program for maintainers was implemented by Master Sgt. John Meyers who deployed from the 146th Airlift Wing, Channel Islands Air National Guard Station, California. Brock deployed from Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona and is a native of West Branch, Michigan and Eshleman deployed from Dover AFB, Delaware and is from Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
