Avionics shows leadership 'how to'

U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Leif Eskildsen, 379th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron avionics intermediate section team leader, assists Col. Jennifer Fullmer, 379th Air Expeditionary Wing vice commander, with the repair and bench check of a radar receiver/transmitter at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, May 13, 2014. The AIS, which is the only one in the area of responsibility, is responsible for the maintenance and repair of 1,000 avionics line replaceable units, saving more than $50 million in depot exchange costs annually. Eskildsen is deployed from Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota and hails from Phoenix. Fullmer is from Wilton, Connecticut. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Ciara Wymbs)
