U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Mike Marquez, 908th Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron KC-10 Extender advanced aerial tanker and cargo aircraft boom operator, holds an aerial refueling boom stable while refueling an A-10 Thunderbolt II from the 75th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron, Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan, April 2, 2014, over Northeast, Afghanistan. The A-10 Thunderbolt II, piloted by Capt. Nick Harris, is the first Air Force aircraft specially designed for close air support of ground forces.
