Boot Hill Cemetery circa 2000, was constructed by members of the 363rd Expeditionary Supply Squadron, Fuels Flight, Prince Sultan Air Base, Saudi Arabia. The 363rd was part of the coalition force stationed there to support Operation SOUTHERN WATCH, a military effort that enforced the no-fly and no-drive zone in southern Iraq during that timeframe.
