Harold, Warr, 817th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron aircrew flight equipment technician, performs an operations check on a back automatic parachute during a 30-day inspection at Transit Center at Manas, Kyrgyzstan, Jan. 06, 2014. Part of AFE’s responsibilities include instructing aircrew on the proper use and care of aircrew flight equipment under normal, contingency, and chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear operations.
