Commemorating those who paid the ultimate price

Chief Master Sgt. Dewey Hansford, 386th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron chief manager, donates his SFS badge to a 2005 tribute painting of Airman 1st Class Elizabeth Jacobson, undisclosed location Southwest Asia. After noticing sun damage and chipped paint Moore decided to resuscitate the beauty it once had. She is the first Security Forces Airman to die in Operation Iraqi Freedom. She is also the first female Airman killed in the line of duty in support of OIF. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Desiree W. Moye)
