Airman 1st Class Kevin Brittan, 376th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron firefighter, uses cutters to gain access to a vehicle during a joint vehicle extrication training exercise with Kyrgyz firefighters from Manas International Airport, Nov. 15, 2013, at Transit Center at Manas, Kyrgyzstan. The fire departments train together regularly so that they can efficiently perform rescue operations together in the event of an emergency.
