Transit Center representatives attend Tort-kul school dedication

Husseynov Abbas, deputy mayor for Sokuluk state district administration, and Col. James Knowles, 376th Expeditionary Medical Group commander, cut the ribbon officially dedicating Tort-kul school in Kyrgyzstan, Sept. 16, 2013.
