Ismailov Nurbek a Kyrgyz skilled laborer from the Issyk-Kul Lake region stretches a new sheep wool cover over the wooden skeleton beams of the Yurt roof located on the Transit Center at Manas, Kyrgyzstan, Sept. 7, 2013. He accomplishes the difficult work from the basket of an aerial man lift operated by an Airman from the 376th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron.
