The Kyrgyz nomadic-style yurt on The Transit Center at Manas, Kyrgyzstan, receives a new cover Sept. 7, 2013. The work of a crew of laborers specializing in yurt building and repair was made easier with the help of the 376th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron member who operated an aerial man lift raising the crew more than 17-feet in the air to reach the rooftop.
