Senior Airman Chris Francis, a structural Engineer at the Transit Center at Manas, Kyrgyzstan, operates an aerial man lift to take a crew of skilled laborers to the top of the 17-foot Yurt here Sept. 7, 2013. The Yurt symbolizes the friendship between Transit Center personnel and their local Kyrgyz neighbors. The structure was given a sheep wool cover to replace the old weather-worn version.
