Staff members at the Children’s Rehabilitation Center Nadyezhda, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan perform for the family and friends of its returning students during the “First Bell” ceremony held Sept. 3, 2013. Schools throughout the country traditionally ring bells to commence the new school. Members of the Manas Top 3 from the Transit Center at Manas attended the event and then spent the afternoon surveying school grounds to see where they could provide further assistance.
