U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Andrew Tucker, 557th Expeditionary RED HORSE Squadron pavement and construction apprentice, Uses a magnesium float to level out freshly laid concrete to the second floor of a building at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia Aug. 1, 2013.
