The Airmen are part of the 455th Air Expeditionary Wing’s Crash, Damaged, Disabled, Aircraft Recovery team, and the C-27 movement provided real-world experience as they had to replace 19 tires and perform various maintenance and logistics actions in order to move the aircraft.
