U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. James Brumbaugh, 455th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron fuels cryogenics non-commisioned officer in-charge, refills a liquid oxygen cart at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan Aug. 5, 2014.
