303rd departs Bagram
BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan - U.S. Air Force Lt. Col Bryan Stone, 303rd Expeditionary Fighter Squadron commander, ensures his breathing apparatus operates correctly in an A-10 Thunderbolt II prior to takeoff Oct. 19, 2014 at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan. The 303 EFS was responsible for close air support operations throughout Afghanistan and was succeeded by the 163rd Expeditionary Fighter Squadron.
