Striking the heart of the enemy
Senior Airman Michael, aircraft armament systems specialist, removes expended impulse cartridges during a post-flight inspection of an F-15E Strike Eagle at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia Feb. 25, 2015. Since Jan. 31, 2015 there have been 8,194 weapons released by U.S. and coalition aircraft making it harder for Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant to sustain itself as a fighting force.
