Afghan leaders celebrate newest air force officer candidate school at ceremony

The Afghan Air Force Pohantoon-e-Hawayee (PeH), or Afghan Air Academy, chief of staff welcomes Coalition advisors from Train, Advise, Assist Command - Air (TAAC-Air) prior to a ceremony commemorating approximately 189 Afghan Air Force cadets beginning their year-long officer candidate school training. The Afghan OCS program focuses on English language, leadership and aviation studies.
