Brig. Gen. David Hicks, 438th Air Expeditionary Wing and Train, Advise, Assist Command – Air (TAAC-Air) commander, and Afghan Air Force Commander Lt. Gen. Abdul Wahab, visited multiple leaders at Mazar-e-Sharif, Afghanistan, July 21, 2016. Hicks piloted an A-29 Super Tucano to the TAAC-North Headquarters where he first met with German Brig. Gen.
