This is a map of the prisoner of war camp where 2nd Lt. Harry Burdette, 379th Bombardment B-17 Flying Fortress pilot,was held after being shot down over Nazi Germany. Burdetter was the grandfather of Capt. Shawn Jensen, a E-8C Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System pilot with the 763rd Expeditionary Reconnaisance Squadron. Grandfather’s World War II legacy continued by pilot grandson

This is a map of the prisoner of war camp where 2nd Lt. Harry Burdette, 379th Bombardment B-17 Flying Fortress pilot,was held after being shot down over Nazi Germany.
