An 83rd Expeditionary Rescue Squadron pararescueman, fires an M-4 Carbine rifle during night firing drills Nov. 18, 2016 at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan. Pararescuemen, often referred to as “Guardian Angels” are tasked with recovery and medical treatment of personnel in any type of environment.
