Total force integration succeeds on runway

Master Sgt. Terry Babler, a project manager assigned to the 332nd Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron, guides the driver of a cement truck as he backs into a slab prior to pouring concrete on a runway in an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia Nov. 28, 2017. Babler worked with more than 20 other members of his squadron to repair six slabs of a damaged runway to ensure aircraft were ready to provide agile combat support when called upon.
