Airman 1st Class Paul Cabuhat, 820th Base Defense Group security forces specialist, mans the turret of a mine-resistant, ambush-protected vehicle while setting up an observation point at Prince Sultan Air Base, Saudi Arabia on Nov. 2, 2019. Airmen with the 820th BDG are trained and equipped to conduct integrated base defense and force protection for expeditionary air forces. Prince Sultan Air Base will serve as a strategic operating location for U.S. Air Forces Central Command and U.S. Central Command and fills a mutually beneficial role of countering destabilizing regional activity.
