Hogan Hutchins, 555th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Unit avionics specialist, taxis an F-16 Fighting Falcon, assigned to the 555th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron, into place Dec. 2, 2019 at Prince Sultan Air Base.
