The U.S. Army Charlie Company 2-238th flight medics from Task Force Javelin conduct a trauma response exercise to practice its response, mitigation, treatment and evacuation of critically injured patients at Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Aug. 27, 2020.
