PRINCE SULTAN AIR BASE, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA – Joint Force medical service members participated in a mass casualty exercise held by 378th Expeditionary Medical Squadron Nov. 3, 2020 at Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The exercise gave Soldiers, Marines and Airmen the chance to hone their triage, treatment and medical transportation skills for a large number of simulated wounded in a stressful environment. PSAB’s caregivers were evaluated on their ability to rapidly and efficiently provide life-saving treatment and transport wounded to higher levels of care. (U.S. Air Force photo Tech. Sgt.
