U.S. Marine Corps F/A-18D Hornet aircrew exit the aircraft after a mission during the Desert Mirage III training event at Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, May 18, 2021. The training was the third iteration of a bilateral event designed to enhance the interoperability and air defense capabilities between joint and partner nation forces. A detachment of Hornets deployed to PSAB from Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, South Carolina, as part of a Dynamic Force Employment to enhance U.S. Central Command’s ability to deter aggression and promote security and stability within the USCENTOM area of responsibility.
