380th Security Forces and Firefighters compete in 2022 Battle of the Badges

Senior Airman Hunter Rudnik, an explosives ordnance disposal technician assigned to the 380th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron, pushes a sled weighing 225 pounds during the “Defender Relay” race portion of the Battle of the Badges, September 10, 2022, at Al Dhafra Air Base, United Arab Emirates. The 380th ECES EOD flight represented the 380th CES Fire Department during this portion of the competition. Many Battle of the Badges contests are held nationwide, as annual athletic competitions between local police and fire departments.
