Secretary of the Air Force Frank Kendall is greeted by U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Douglas Jackson, an air expeditionary wing commander, at an undisclosed location in the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility, Dec. 6, 2023. During Kendall’s visit he gained insights on how Airmen and Guardians are actively delivering airpower, forging relationships, and defending the region. Throughout his tour, Kendall engaged with various units, fostering discussions on critical matters, emphasizing strategic goals, acknowledging the invaluable contributions of Airmen, and sharing his vision for the future during a base-wide all-call. Additionally, Kendall took the opportunity to commend several outstanding performers, recognizing their exemplary dedication and achievements.
