COMACC visits AFCENT Airmen at Shaw AFB

U.S. Air Force Gen. Mark Kelly, commander of Air Combat Command, recognizes Capt. Patrick Reven, Ninth Air Force (Air Forces Central) strategic planner, for his exceptional performance while visiting Airmen at the U.S. Army Central Headquarters as part of the COMACC’s tour of 9th AF (AFCENT) units Jan. 4, 2023, at Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina. During his visit, Kelly got a first-hand look at how Airmen support the ACC and U.S. Central Command mission at Shaw AFB, and recognized individuals for their exceptional performance. AFCENT is the air component of USCENTCOM and is responsible for air operations, and developing contingency plans in support of national objectives for USCENTCOM’s 21-nation area of responsibility.
