U.S. Airmen assigned to the 380th Expeditionary Medical Element and Emirati servicemembers practice clearing the airway of a practice mannequin during a tactical combat casualty training in the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility, Nov. 11, 2025. TCCC is divided into three phases: care under fire, tactical field care, and tactical evacuation care, with the acronym MARCH, massive hemorrhage, airway, respirations, circulation, head injury/hypothermia, used to guide treatment priorities.
