Eric Apolonio, the assistant flight chief of the 380th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron's aerospace ground equipment section, is recognized as one of ten inductees during a medallion ceremony, August 29, 2022, at Al Dhafra Air Base, United Arab Emirates. Inductees transitioned from technical experts and first-line supervisors in their career fields to operational leaders. They are expected to merge subordinates’ talents, skills, and resources with other teams’ functions to most effectively accomplish the mission.
