U.S. Air Force Airmen vector in a C-130 Hercules while security forces Airmen maintain a secure perimeter at Qayyarah West Airfield, Iraq, Nov. 15, 2016. These Airmen serve as the only ground-based Air Force personnel at Qayyarah West. Assigned to the 821st Contingency Response Group based out of Travis Air Force Base, California, these few Airmen are responsible for enabling and sustaining all air operations at the Coalition airfield.
