SOUTHWEST ASIA -- Group leadership spent part of their Thanksgiving serving deployed service members, coalition partners and contractors holiday meals at both 407th Air Expeditionary Group dining facilities Nov. 23.

Leadership served the meals to show support for the individuals who spent their Thanksgiving away from home.

“I think it’s very important that everyone knows the leadership is thankful for everybody out here and the job they are doing,” said Maj. Robert Rowton, 407th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron director of operations. “I think it’s great we can take the time to stop and celebrate a little.”

Group leadership provides this Thanksgiving meal annually to help boost morale around the holiday.
