UNDISCLOSED LOCATION -- The 332d Air Expeditionary Wing 5/6 Council held a Reverse Mentorship panel at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia, September 30, 2022. The panel included ten up-and-coming Airmen answering leadership questions on how to improve relations between junior enlisted Airmen and their senior enlisted leadership.
Mentoring is a relationship in which knowledge and skills are shared between members in a way in which everyone benefits. More often senior membership guides junior members, but mentorship can happen between any two individuals. Mentoring will help Airmen discover strengths by achieving their full potential through a structured, trusting, mentoring relationship.
