UNDISCLOSED LOCATION -- The 332d Expeditionary Medical Squadron delivered COVID-19 boosters to Airmen. The boosters offer additional protection against COVID-19 and improve immunocompromised peoples’ responses to their initial vaccine series.
Captain Cody McKenzie, 332d Expeditionary Medical Squadron Chief, Ancillary Services, says “Immunization with the new COVID-19 booster vaccine gives recipients better protection against the circulating Omicron variants which can maximize protection against infection and severe disease.”
