UNDISCLOSED LOCATION -- Senior leadership at the 332d Air Expeditionary Wing began teaching the 2022 fall semester of First Sergeant Symposium Tuesday, November 1.
The class teaches Non-Commissioned Officers leadership competencies intended to prepare them for the role of First Sergeant. A First Sergeant is responsible for promoting health, morale, and welfare for the Airmen in their unit, and serves as an enlisted advisor to their commander.
