The 332d Air Expeditionary Wing Warrior of the Week for the week of Nov. 20, 2022 is Senior Airman Jack Schulz, 332d Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron Electrical Power Production Journeyman.

Schulz restored capabilities to a base power plant, repairing 45 faults in total. He was also responsible for replacing the clutch on a Mobile Aircraft Arresting System, ending a runway closure and training three other Airmen at the same time. He was the only one out of 15 technicians with the expertise to complete the repair.

“Without a doubt, he’s definitely an asset, not only to the shop, but to the base,” said Master Sgt. Shane VanDewark, Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of Power Production.

In his free time, Schulz enjoys playing golf and watching sports. He declined to comment on his golf handicap.

Warrior of the Week is a competitive recognition program that highlights significant contributions made by individual Airmen who raise the Red Tail standard and enhance the mission and capabilities of the 332d Air Expeditionary Wing.
