UNDISCLOSED LOCATION -- Wing Leadership from the 332d Air Expeditionary Wing tour the 332d Expeditionary Operational Support Squadron, Weather Flight as part of the “Red Tail Connection” program. The Weather Flight uses specialized equipment to detect atmospheric conditions, which they then relay to Air Traffic Control, installation leadership and anyone else on base who needs weather information in order to plan and execute operations.
Red Tail Connection is an ongoing initiative where leadership visit shops and units from around the wing in order to gain insight into the unique skillsets each Airman brings to the 332d AEW team.
