UNDISCLOSED LOCATION -- RED TAIL CONNECTION: Members of the 332d Air Expeditionary Wing leadership team paid a visit to the 332d AEW Inspector General’s office to learn about the scope, scale and intent of upcoming inspections and mission rehearsals. The IG office conducts rehearsals to gather data and identify workplace trends that should remain and ones that may need adjustment in order to keep the overall base workflow as smooth as possible.
During the visit, the command team learned more about the IG office’s responsibilities, such as planning base-wide mission rehearsals, conducting inspections and resolving complaints.
Red Tail Connection is a program designed to give leadership a brief glimpse into the day-to-day operations of different units on base and afford those units face-to-face time with leadership.
