Airmen from across the 332d Air Expeditionary Wing gathered for a speed mentoring event on January 26, 2023 at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia. Speed mentoring gives junior enlisted Airmen and non-commissioned officers a chance to engage in short question-and-answer rounds with multiple senior NCOs in order gain wisdom and guidance from more experienced individuals. Built on the premise of speed dating, after a few minutes, a verbal signal is given and everyone moves to the next presenter, giving participants several varied perspectives to answer their personal and career oriented questions.
