PRINCE SULTAN AIR BASE, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA --  

The 378th Expeditionary Medical Squadron Physical Therapy Flight offers preventative and corrective procedures at Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
