The 378th Air Expeditionary Wing hosted a “Perspective with Power” panel as part of a month-long series of discussions and activities designed to highlight Black History Month Feb. 5, 2021, at Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The panel consisted of leaders with a variety of backgrounds, genders and ethnicities who spoke on challenges and experiences they’ve had while in the Air Force that made them better leaders.
