378th ESFS receives new commander
U.S. Air Force Maj. Daniel Lambert, incoming commander of the 378th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron, takes command from Brig. Gen. William Betts, commander of the 378th Air Expeditionary Wing, during the unit's change of command ceremony at Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, June 17, 2022. During the change of command ceremony, Maj. Patrick Livingstone relinquished command. The primary purpose of a change of command is for subordinates to witness an officer formally assume responsibility, authority and accountability for the unit. These ceremonies preserve the tradition of military service and stimulate unit esprit de corps. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Noah J. Tancer)
