Do you have a suggestion to improve the force support operations on base or have a compliment or feedback to give on customer service?

Then the 379th Expeditionary Force Support Squadron wants you to use the Interactive Customer Evaluation form, known as ICE, to let them know. Customers can find the digital form at http://ice.disa.mil/index.cfm?fa=service_provider_list&site_id=629 or fill out a customer feedback form at any 379th EFSS facility. The feedback can be left anonymously or with a person's contact information if he or she wishes direct feedback.

"If you have any suggestions on how we can improve our services to better serve our customers we want to hear from you," said Capt. Shari Smith, 379th EFSS Sustainment Services Flight commander. "Also if we did a great job, please let us know."

When customers provide positive feedback it lets the squadron know how to shape our operations and customer service, she added.

"Not only does positive feedback let us know if we are hitting our objective, but we can also use that to properly recognize the people who did the hard work," Smith said.

The squadron, which receives ICE comments daily, takes each suggestion seriously and looks to see if they can improve their process if possible, she said.

"We check every day to see what our customers have to say," Smith said. "The feedback we have received has resulted in changes to menu items at the dining facility, new fitness equipment and even what music is played at the installation clubs."

Ultimately the only way the 379th EFSS knows if they are serving their customers is if they receive feedback, she said.

"Your customer evaluation provides us instant feedback on our operations and gives us great insight to customer satisfaction to shape our operations," Smith Said. "In the end, feedback can benefit the customer. We're excited to hear your feedback, so please complete a survey today."

Members can also provide feedback direct at the AAFES, Morale Welfare and Recreation, Menu Planning and Lodging and Linen Councils offered monthly. For more information on the dates and times for these councils is available in the Daily.
