SOUTHWEST ASIA --  Located in an area that only receives an average of 1.9 inches of rain annually, the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing has received 1.06 inches in the last 24 hours, requiring 379th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron Airmen to respond to flooding at various locations throughout the base.
