Climbing to new heights
Members of the 379th Expeditionary Communications Squadron Cable and Antenna Maintenance Shop, take a break after getting into position on a 175ft communications tower to perform preventive maintenance on the attached antennas, June 23, 2009, in and undisclosed location in Southwest Asia. The tower holds multiple antennas and provides support for a variety of amenities and services on base, from Armed Forces Network channels to cellular phone reception. The team includes Senior Airman Matthew "Kuch" Kuchera who is from Medford, N.J. and is deployed from Langley Air Force Base, Va. Airman 1st Class Jeremy Lowe (center) who is from San Bernardino, Calif. and is deployed from Lackland Air Force Base, Texas and Senior Airman Richard Coyle who is from Converse, Texas and is deployed from Langley Air Force Base, Va.
