Tech Sgt. Vincent Bisignano, a laboratory technician assigned to the 379th Expeditionary Medical Group, uses a pipette to drop blood onto a reagent disc so it can be placed in a chemistry analyzer to check electrolytes Oct. 14, 2008, at an undisclosed air base in Southwest Asia.
