Host Nation Coordination Cell
Col. David Lowe, Host Nation Coordination Cell Director at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, presents a certificate of appreciation to Fatema A. Allah Al-Mutawea of the United Arab Emirates consular section at the UAE Embassy in Doha, Jan. 26, 2014. Al-Mutawea provides support above and beyond to the HNCC in processing visas for U.S. forces traveling to UAE. Because of the strong working relationship between the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing HNCC and the UAE Embassy’s consular section, Al-Mutawea mitigated a three week backlog of UAE visa processing in the United States.
